(Received 11 a.m.) NEW YORK, January 12. ■Mr. Robert Bingham (chairman of the National Council of Farmers' Co-opera-tive Marketing Associations) told the annual meeting that only in co-operative .marketing, and not in tariff juggling or \ Federal handling of crop surpluses, lies t the solution of the farmers' problems. c ■Referring to Canada, Mr. Bingham declared that Canadian wheatgrowera were selling three-fourths of their crop in the world market with no Government , tariff to fielp them, and were receiving greater returns than growers in the ?
