' The Napier Harbour Board has decided . to adopt the recommendation of Messrs. • Cullen and Keele, the Australian engi- . neers, to proceed with the completion ' of the breakwater harbour, and an engineer is to be appointed to have the work expedited, thus ending the quartercentury fight between the inner and outer harbour factions. Necessary steps < are to be taken to secure Parliamentary ! sanction for the work, at an estimated ' cost of £400,000, to provide berthage for 1 four ocean-going vessels. .
