BRITAIN AND RUSSIA.
FUTURE RELATIONSHIP. LONDON, December 10. The Under Secretary for Foreign Affairs (Mr. G. T. Locker Lampson) was asked in the House of Commons yesterday whether anything had come from Russia arising out of the Treaty of Locarno. In repty, he said:—
"The initiative in the matter of improved relations must come from Russia. We have so far expressed our willingness to listen to representations for a settlement of outstanding difficulties, but there has been no response." (A. and N.Z. Cable.)
