The Richardson steeamer Mako is to sail at 0 p.m. to-morrow for East Coast. She is berthod at the Central wharf.

The oil vessel Waiuku is announced to leave in future for Waiheke at 9.30 a.m., instead of at 3 0 a.m. She will commence her new time-table on Monday.

The New Zealand Shipping Co.'s steamer Tekoa was expected to sail this afternoon for Wellington to complete her cargo for London.

The American schooner France arrived at Auckland from Pago Pago to-<lny and dropper anchor off the King's wharf. .The schooner was not expected at this port. SPECIAL EXHIBITION SERVICE. The Union Co.'s steamer Mararoa is now announced to commence in the WellingtonDanedin special Exhibition service on Saturday, December 19, on which date she will .sail from the capital port. DEVON SAILED. Having completed her cargo and replenished her coal bunkers, the Federal Line steamer Devon, took her departure from Auckland for London and 'West, Coast ports ol Great Britain yesterday afternoon. AORANGI AT SYDNEY. Cabled advice reports the arrival at Sydney this morning of the Union Co.'s Hoyal mail motor liner Aorangi from Auckland. The liner arrived at this port on Snn'~aT last from Vancouver, and continued ™er voyage to Sydney on Monday evening. CITY OP CORINTH SAILED. In continuation of her voyage from Npw York, the Ellerman Ilall Line steaemer City of Corinth, which is under charter to the New Zealand Shipping Compauv, took her departure from Wellington at 8 o'clock this morning. THE KAETIGI. For Melbourne, where she will complete her cargo for New Plymouth, Auckland. Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin, the Union Co.'s steamer Kartigi was expected to leave Adelaide to-day. She is expected to clear Melbourne on Tuesday next. CABGO Flfoil LIVERPOOL. Cable news has been receded by the Federal Co. that the Cambridge left Liverpool on December 3 for Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin with cargo to discharge at each port. The vessel is due at Auckland on January 12. THE SUFFOLK. In accordance with her Homeward loading programme, the Federal Line steamer Suffolk was expected to leave Lyttelton last evening for Napier, Gisborne, Auckland, New Plymouth and Wellington. She ie expected to. arrive at this port towards the end of next week. ■ TREKIEVE LEFT NEWPORT. Under charter to the New Zealand Shipping Co., the Ham Line steamer Trekieve left Newport News on December 4 with general cargo to discharge at Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin, Sydney and Melbourne. The vessel is due at Auckland about January 5.

THE WAINUI. An alteration in the steamer Wainui's East Coast timetable Iβ announced by the Union Co. The vessel Is to leave Auckland on Monday, December 21, and on Monday. December 28, for Tokomaru Bay and Gisborne. She will not call at Napier on these runs, but will leave Gisborne on her return trips on December 23 and December 30. REMUERA'S ITINERARY. At present completing, her discharge at Wellington, the. N.Z. Shipping Co.'s liner Hemuera is announced to -leave Wellington on December 17 toloafl at tyttelton; Napier, Tokotnaru Bay and Auckland. The Kemuera Iβ to sail from Auckland on January 2 for Southampton and London, via Pitcairn Island, Panama, and Curacao. THE PORT HOBART. . For nnal loading for London, the Commonwealth and Dominion Line's new motorship Port Hobart arrived at Auckland from Xapier this morning, and berthed at the Central .wharf. She is completing her cargo under the agency of the Farmers' Cooperative Auctioneering Cotnpany, who hope to dispatch her from this-port about' Tuesday of next week.

MAUNjGAXUr.S BUXXIXG. According to advice received from the local office of the Union Co., the steamer Maunganui, which left Auckland for Sydney this, afternoon, will be dispatched from Wellington for the N.S.W, port on Thursday, January 21, instead of on Friday, January 22. This alteration has been made necessary owing to the latter date being observed as Anniversary Day at Wellington. THE TAJIAHINE. Expected to arrive at Wellington from England at an early date, the Union Co.'s new steamer -Tafliahine is announced to enter the Wellington-Plcton service on Monday, December 21. 'ller tveek-end trips to the Sounds will not commence until Saturday, January f>. On December 2G tne Tamahlne is announced to leave Wellington for Picton at 1.15 p.m. and to return to Wellington the same day. 'She will leave Picton at i p.m. on December !!0 and Wellington at J p.m. on Deeerober 31. The sailings from Wellington on January 2 and I'icton on January 3 remain unaltered. FIRE ON THE CLAN MACKAY. A cable has been received by the Sydney *« ? rl . ne .. tj ' I<lerwritors.1<lerwritors . Association to the effect that a serious outbreak of fire occurred some weeks ago on the steamer glan Mackay, from Queensland ports and Tonga, in the Tilbury docks. The fire was extinguished, but not before serious damage was done. The three forward holds were flooded, but the after hold escaped undamaged and dry. It is anticipated, the cable states, that the copra cargo for Rotterdam will be almost a total loss.

The Clan Mackay is a sfeel screw vessel of 5152 tons gross. She is bound for Glasgow, and left " Cairns on July 28. Brisbane on August 5, and Colon on October 1C CUTCOMBK ARRIVED. - An arrival at Auckland last evening was the tramp steamer Cutcombe, from New Plymouth, to complete discharge of her cai-go of phosphate from Jsauru Island. She commenced cargo operations at the King's wharf this morning. The Cutcombe, which is under the local agency of Messrs. Henderson and Macfarlane, was formerly known as the War Ostrich. She was built during 1018, and. is now owned by the Maritime Shipping and Trading Company, of Cardiff. She is a vessel of 3205 tons. ' The Cutcombe is under the command of Captain A. fceaek, who has with him the following officers :—First, Mr. A. McKay ; second, Mr. •T'.Wilkie:'chief engineer, Mr.- AT. R. Jnggs ; second, Mr. A. C.
