CAMBRIDGE TROTTING CLUB.

FIRST TOTALISATOR MEETING. The third annual meeting, but the'flrst totaiisator meeting, of the Cambridge Trotting Club will be held on May 19, and the programme drawn up by the committee is one that should attract a deal of attention from owners. Over the eight events the sum of £675 will be distributed, and in three events a trophy also goes to the winner. The chief item is the Cambridge Trotting cup or £200, and the next in importance is the Bardowie Handicap, Tor straight-out trotters, and is worth £100. Nominations for all events close with the secretary, Mr. W. Stop ford, Cambridge, or Mr. G. F Mark, High Street, Auckland, on Friday. May 1, at 5 p.m.
