ONE TREE HILL BOARD.
A medio? of the One Tree Hill Road Board was held last evening, Mr. R. G. Clark presfdiuf*. The question of installing an elpctricalydriven pump at the n.unpins station was referred to the engineer for a report and estimate of the eosi of maintenance The enginer stated that a saving of lid per 1000 gallons could he effected hy securing a certain make of pump that would draw 20,000 gallons nn hour. With a view to providing a powerful light on the shelter-shed at (Jreenwood's Corner to illuminate the intersection of Manukau Road and Pali Road, il wns decided to share Hie cos. equally with the Mount Roskill Koad Board.
