Sir,—With reference to the reriort in ' Thursday's "Star" on the subject of I s-iother Peening Tom. in which Leonard Clement is described as district m inager for the Minima* Fire Extinguisher Co.. i in Xew Zealand. I should like to state t::at the man in question is only agent for the sale of Minima- fire extinsrnisher- in the southern portion of the South Island. I am stating thi- because people mi-M infer from that renort that riemen: was manager nf the "Minimax Co. in tiie Dominion, and that it might be prejudical to a find of over 20 years' standing in New Zealand.—l am, etc..
