1 THE EAEL OF DT7CIE. | LONDON, August 8. The death has occurred of the Earl of , Ducie, aged 90 years.— (A. and N.Z.) ! Earl Ducie was the fourth son of the ■ ; second Earl. He emigrated to Australia j in 1855. and from 1885 to 18S8 he was , Colonial Secretary and Minister of Public i Instruction in Queensland. The late earl i succeeded his brother to the title in < 1921. The family scat was at Tortworth ; Court, Falfleld, Gloucestershire. His heir i is Lord Moreton. l< V
