VOICE OF DOMINIONS. DAILY INFORMATION. MR. THOMAS' ANSWER. (Received 2.30 p.m.) , . LONDON, July 21. Aβ c sequel to the controversy regarding Dominions' at the inter-Allied Conference, Mr. J. H. Thomas (Secretary for the Colonies), replying in the House"of Commons to a question, said the High Commissioners were kept informed daily of the work of the conference, and the committee's arrangements would ensure the Dominions' Prime Ministers being kept fully informed. It would be necessary to consult all of the latter who were concerned before publication of the correspondence on the subject of Dominion representation and commitments by the Conference decisions. He was unable to sqr whether the Canadian Government coMulted the other Dominions before publishing the correspondence, but he added that if the British Government gsre permission it would be necessary for Britain riot only to consult Canada, *mt : tfe-whole of the Dominions 'before it agreed to publication.—(Reuter.)
