MOTOR COLLISION.
JUDGMENT ON A COUNTER CLAIM. At the IS..M. Court to-day, Booth, | MaeDoriahl, Ltd., (Mr. Leafy), sued' J. C. Entriean and his wife (Mr. Holmden) before Mr. W. R. Melvean. S.M., to recover £34 general and £10 special damages as a result of damages alleged to have been sustained to a motor cycle driven by an employee of plaintiffs which came into collision with j a motor car driven by Mrs. Entriean. i The accident occurred at the corner of Anzao Avenue and Beach Iload. A counter claim was entered by defendant for £60 for reconditioning the car, another £30 for depreciation, and £50 for i loss of services of a servant, who was in , * the car at the time of the collision and sustained serious injury. j His Wor-ship gave judgment for | defendants on the claim and the counter j claim, allowing £91 5/ and costs on the ; counter claim. _ j
