PUPUKE CLUB. The qualifying round for the championship was played on Saturday last, and the following, sixteen qualified for the first round. which must be played before Monday, August 4 : —Mingny v. Spiller, Howdcn v. Warbrick, Ueeve v. Binden, Thompson v. Morrison, Buddie v. Malcolm, Clark v. Stubbs. .1. Hunter v. Lewius, S. Hunter v. Matthews. A teams match will bo played against Titirangi at Titirangi on (Saturday next, the following comprising the team: —,T. Hunter, S. Hunter, Mingny, Clark. Reeve.. Buddie. Thompson, Spiller, Louguet and Warbrick.
PAPAKURA LADIES' CLUB.
The second round of the club trophy, played last Sataurday. was won by Mies Walker, with a net score of 78. Next Saturday the first round of the championship will be played In conjunction with a bogey match for Mrs. H. Walters* trophy. The following is the draw :—Mrs. Busing t. Miss Walker. Mrs. Elliott v.
