WORK FOR EX-SOLDIERS.
COMPULSION URGED. OTTAWA, July 20. The compulsory employment by nil the industries in Canada of a certain number'of disabled ex-soldiers is recommended in the final report of tjie Commission on Re-establishment, which was tabled in the House, of Commons. The commission states that such legislation exists in practically all Continental countries, and that the British House of Commons is now considering a similar measure.— (Renter.)
