CIVIL WAR IN BRAZIL.
REBELS VICTORIOUS. NO SIGN OF THE END. NEW YORK. July 20. A message from Buenos Ayres states that the Brazilian rebels are gaining the upper hand in the fighting around Sao Paulo. state that unless a political compromise be reached, the warfare which has now been waged for nearly two -weeks promises to be long-drawn out.
