LAUNCHED IN U.S.A. NEW YORK, July 18. A submarine twice the size of any previously built in the United States has been launched at Portsmouth, New Hampshire. It is the first of nine! capable of accompanying the fleet in any weather, and at the highest speed of the fl ee t_(A. and K.Z. Cable.)
