A special film entitled, '.'See Auckland First," -was prepared by the Auckland Advertising Club and sent to England in the care of Mr. C. E. Clinkard, the club's representative at the Empire Exhibition. Cabled advice has been received by Mr. Phil Hayward, president of the club, to the effect that the film is now being screened at Wembley. This is regarded as something of an achievement, as the club, when sending the picture Home with its representative, did not think for a moment that it would be eho'wn at Wembley. The original idea was that Mr. Clinkard should have it shown in any town he visited, where satisfactory arrangements could be made.
