NEEDS OF FRANKTON. SEPARATE PARISH PROPOSAL. (By Telegraph—Own Correspondent. HAMILTON, this day. The Roman Catholic Bishop of Auckland is conducting an episvopal visit to this district with a view to, amongst other matters, forming a separate parish at Frankton. The Bishop will celebrate mass at Frankton Town Hall to-morrow morning-, and will fully explain the proposal. In the evening he will preach at the Church of Our Lady of the Rosary.
