PROPERTY AUCTIONS.
IS ACRES BRINGS £3150. An area of 18. acres of level land, in Brass, situated on the East Tamafci Road, Papatoetoe, together with a residence of 7 large rooms, was yesterday sold at auction by the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Ltd. Bidding, which started at £2000, rose steadily to £3150. The property was sold on behalf Of Mr. Alex. Hill. A property of 3G6 acres at Glcnblrvle. near Whangarel, was sold by order of the. Registrar of the Supreme Court, nnd bought in by the mortgagee for £IGSO. The farm property of 230 »cres at Ngongotaha, near Rotoruu, failed" to reach the reserve. A house of 5 rooms, with 4J acres of land, nt the corner of Massey and Brown's Roads, Manurewa, was yesterday bought in by the mortgagee, when offered for sale by public auction at the rooms of Messrs. Samuel Vaile and Sons, Ltd. A farm of 190 acres, with dwelling place and outbuildings, at Tauranga, on the CainbrldgeMatamata Road, was also bought in by the mortgagee. A house of 7 rooms," with 72ft road frontage, at 10, Dominion Road, was sold on behalf of the mortgagee for £805. A S-roomed cottage with one acre of land, at Panmurc, was withdrawn after reaching £725, and two four-roomed cottages at 12 and 14, Totara Street, Auckland, were sold for removal. Messrs. T. Mandeno Jackson sold by public auction yesterday for £640, a liveroomed cottage at 4S, Pompallier Terrace, Ponsonby, with a frontage of 30ft.
