LABOUR MEMBER'S FAREWELL
(By Telegraph.—Parliamentary Reporter.) WELLINGTON, this day. Members of the Parliamentary Labour party met this morning to farewell Mr. E. J. Howard (Christehurch South), who will represent the party on the New Zealand Parliamentary delegation to South Africa. Mr. Holland, on behalf of the party, presented Mr. Howard with two travelling bags, wishing him a pleasant voyage, interesting experience and renewed health as a result. He felt sure that Mr. Howard's observations "would be of real value to the Labour movement. ,
