Unicuska assumed the right to kill her liaiice in the hospital at Villejuif because he was suffering terrible agpny from.incurable cancer. , Jenn Zoznowski, a Polish novelist, came to Paris for surgical treatment i with iJ. Unicuska. During the secondj operation she gave her own blood to help ; his recovery. The sacrilice, however, was useless. 'Hip sick man besought the doctors to put him out of his misery. After the girl saw her lover yesterday ! she tearfully pleaded with the doctors to ! end his agony, but the doctors refused. fiha returned to t:ir liospitat, leant over | Zoznowski, kissed him, and then twice shot him in the head point blank, and fell fainting beside his bed.
