NEW GOLD NOTE ISSUE. THE DAWES PLAN. (Received 11 a.nO BERLIN, July 16. The Government approved of the text of a bill establishing a new gold note bank in accordance with the Dawes report, incidentally providing for the issue of gold 10 and 20 mark coins, and silver 1. 2, 5, 10, and 50 pfennig.— (Reuter.)
