Act, 1013, and regulations made there- . under, the Body Corporate known as the I Chairman, Councillors and Inhabitants of ' the County of Waitemata, hereby give i notice in terras of Sections 0 and 10 of I the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1913, as follows :— "That the Waitemata County Council proposes to engage in the following undertaking, which they are duly authorised to do by law, and being unable to provide the necessary funds for such work out of the ordinary revenue of the Council, propose to raise a Special Loan for that purpose :— (a) Road construction, bridge and culvert building, and constructing and i metalling roads in the Pukeatua Riding of the County of Waitemata, the boundaries of which are legally defined I as a legal subdivision, such undertaking to be as sec out in the schedule hereto. (h) The total amount to be borrowed is I £10,000, for a period of 3GJ years at ] a rate of interest not exceeding 51 per centum per annum, and provision for the repayment of the loan will be mode by a sinking fund of at least li per centum per annum. (c) It is proposed to pay out of the loan the preliminary expenses in connection with the scheme for which the loan is proposed to be raised, and also the I cost of raising the loan, but not the ' interest and sinking fund for the first year of the loan. , The proposed security for the loan Is a Special Rate of one penny in the £ upon the ratable value of nil ratable property in the whole of the Pukeatua Riding of the County,/of Waitemata.
