ZEEHAN CONSOLIDATED. The bulletin of the directors of the Zccunii Consolidated, Ltd., for June, states that the London agent for the dotation oE the proper}- is in touch -with a reputable firm that was roally taking iin interest in the sale. Regarding the Koss mill, the bulletin states it is grinding the ore first rate, and to auy degree of fineness wanted. By July it is hoped to have dolinke information re the capability of the mill and Its value as a gold saver woißing on sulphide ore. MINE MANAGER'S REPORT. Fotirin-lland. —The manager reports that the rise , being put up on the Tainui reef above the intermediate level has beeu advanced l"ft, making a total distance risen of 45ft. Another 4ft or sft should hole through to the workings above. The reef has opened out to from ICin to 2ft in width, being composed of quartz and country rock with stringers running through it. The whole reef from wall to wall carries a little gold, and in the back of the rise has consolidated. It is now from Gin to Sin wide of clean quartz, which is prospecting a little better. The drive going south on the Cuirassier reef at Xo. 1 level has been extended sfl, making a total of lift. The reef has been broken down, being lft in thickness, and partly composed of mullock. A few colours of gold were seen in the lianglngwall portion of the reef when breaking down. The roef in the face of the drive is Pin wide, composed of solid quartz. In the rise nbove No. 1 level on the Four-in-liand reef the lode varied from 4in to over lft. The tilling of the reef has mostly been composed of country roelc, and the quartz broken during the week Ims been low , -.li» in value. At Xn. 5 level (he crosscut being driven to cut the footwall dropper of ihe IVmr-in-llancl reef li.as he™ driven sft making a total of 2:! ft. Tilt! country rock is still of the same nature as last week.
