HARBOUR RACES. GENEItAI. HANDICAP SMALL CLASSES, j The Victoria Crnlßlng Club will hold four races to-morrow afternoon over harbour r courses. The first event Is for launches, _ nine having entered, and they will start at _ 2.30 p.m. s The second event is a general handicap _ for the larger boats, the prize being a cup presented by the president (Mr. W. Z CLASS AND HANDICAP RACE. The Takapuna Boating Club will hold two races to-morrow afternoon, the first for the club's 12ft 61n one-design class, and j the other a general handicap event.
