DAIRY PRODUCE QUIET. LONDON, January'2s. The butter and cheese markets are quiet owing to the railway strike, buyers hiving filled their requirements last week. New Zealand choicest is quoted at 208/ to 210/, and Australian at 200/ to 202/. Unsaltcd is at 2/ to 4/ premium. New Zealand cheese is quoted at 102/ to 104/.— (A. and N.Z. Cable.) Dalgety and Company, Limited, aye in receipt of the following cablegram from their London office, under date January 24: — Butter. —Market very slow. We quote: New Zealand, salted at 208/, exceptional brande 212/; Danish, butter, 218/; finest Australian, salted 202/, unsalteii 204/. Cheese.—'Market quiet. New Zealand coloured 105/, New Zealand white 104/; Canadian unchanged.
