MACHINE GUNS AND BAYONETS TOWNSHIP BURNED. (Received 9.30 a.m.V MANILA, January 25. Aided by machine gun barrage from the American gunboat Sacramento, constabulary landed at Bucas Island and: charged the trenches held by Colorum tribesmen, who were completely routed. One member of the constabulary was killed. The tribesmen's loss is unknown, but two arc dead and two wounded were discovered. The constabulary burned Colorum township.— (Renter.)
