HIGH-PRICED MERINO. LONDON, January "25. At the wool sales yesterday a good .election of Australian Merinos and greasy crossbreds met with strong competition. Merinos sold at par to 5 per cent above the opening rates. Crossbreds were unchanged. The Bradford market is marking time, but there is no reduction of prices.
