FREAK DRESSES ATTHE RACES. (Received 10 j.m.) SYDNEY, this day. . The newspapers comment on the freak dresse sof some womej at Tattersalls race meetings. One is described as being upholstered in maracain of Tut-ankh-amen design and to complete the effect wore white shadow stockings disclosing on the ankles a couple of quaiut figures of Egyptian design. Another had a round brim hat with cutouts of what apparently were meant to be images of one of the pharaohe, which were repeated round the hem of the skirt.— (A. and %.%. Cable.)
