OVERSEAS COMPETITORS,
(Received 0 a.m.) LONDON, afay 31. At a meeting of the National Rifle Association the hope was expressed that Australia would send a rifle team this year or next. Lord Cheylesmore said that there would he several individual competitors from Australia and other parts of the Empire. The Imperial Challenge Shields competitions, for hoys' organisations throughout the Empire., were steadily progressing. A new Urophy, called the Great Britain trophy, hud been presented by Countess Roberts, it would correspond to the Dominion trophies.— (A. and N.Z. Cable.)
