The annual meeting of the parishioners , r <at t uWi'r Church Mount Alnort, was made In the work of the churcli during the pnst year. The bishop extended the erm of Canon llaselden as vicar for n fourth year. The present arrangement was that another vicar would be appointed nt the end of the year. All the church accounts liiul balances In hand. The general offertory for the last six years had been £120. £ 181. £ 205, fc .M 7, £231, ami for the year Just ended £241 The subscriptions and donations had amounted to £121. The special offertories for the Home Mission. Country Clew Kunil, Maori Mission, Melaneslan Mission and Kilile Society amounted to £27 17/.». Ilurinc the year the vestry lost by death nn old and respected moniher, Mr. George Alexander HnrOwlck. who was huried at Turewn. Canon Ilnselden taking the service on Sunday, February 18. Mr. Ilardwlck had rendered j;ond service to St. I,ulte's as hon. secretary and trensurer. nnd nt Ills denth he remembered the church by leaving £100 for the ordinary church account and £50 for the burial ground account. The Sunday school had increased In numbers, and the teachers had (lone good work. The guild had continued its good work, nnd found the money for painting the inside of the church in July, nt n cost of £Sfi, nnd palming nnd renovnling the Parish Mall nt a cost of £112. While the VCfatry was most thankful for the many the desire of n fuller attendance' of the parishioners nt divine worship nnd Holy Communion. The vicnr appointed Mr. Chnrles Coles ns his warden, and Mr. Walter Cuddy \v.ns elected piirishioners' warden. The following were elected members of iho vestry:—Captain Atwoll, Messrs. A. W.
