KIGH COMMISSIONER'S VISIT. HEAVY WORK OF KXHIBITIOX COMJIITTEE. (By Our Special Correspondent.) LOXDOX, March 22. The Higli Commissioner paid a visit to Messrs. Jurgens' oil refining works hi Holland at. their invitation following on his visit to their Essex margarine factory, which for the butter content of its' main prothiee "Marg"' relics entirely on New Zealand butter—as described in a previous article.

The High Commissioner, who was appointed as rep rrt s n - 1 tnt""*e. nf pl tH<» T7nminions in the British Empire Exhibition, is now findinc; that his time, already overloaded by. the work of various oversea committees and organisations, has now become infinitely more preoccupied.
There is a mass of extra work entailed by his position on the Exhibition Committee, which falls heavily not only on Pir James, hut also on the staff of New Zealand House. The Hieh Commissioner goes on Tuesday to Paris, where he is to sign the Air Convention on behalf of the Dominion.
