CONDENSED CORRESPONDENCE

"A Disgusted Resident" comments strongly on the commencement of an un sightly dump at Cox's Creek, and also of the deplorable state of disrepair into which the road has been allowed to fall 'Constant Traveller" complains that on Friday, the 7th inst., he waited over I ten minutes at the Burn Street stop for a Grey Lynn car. When one came the motorman looked at the two persons waiting, continued his conversation with a man to whom he was talking and went on without stopping. This, sava the correspondent, has happened to mc so often I am beginning to think the cars are run at the motorman's pleasure, and not for the convenience of the public. It seems little good reporting to the authorities.
