The .schedule of G. Carter and Son, builders, of Auckland, who have filed a petition in bankruptcy i shows that there is an amount fo £2,908-7/10 owing to unsecured creditors. Other liabilities are £432 14/2, making a total debt of £3431 ■£/■ The total assets are £187-1 7/. leaving a deficiency of £1550 15/. The lirst meoting of creditors will be held next Friday afternoon.
A. Dale, commission agent, of Auckland, was adjudged a bankrupt on a creditor's petition on Juno 9. The first meeting of creditors will be held on Wednesday, June 28.
