GERMAN MONARCHISTS BREWING FRESH PLOTSj, COUP D'ETAT LIKELY. (By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyrigbt.) (Received 11.30 a.m.) LONDON, June 18. The "Daily Mail's" Berlin correspondent confirms the reports that German monarchists are brewing fresh plots hy telegraphing a proclamation by Marshal yon Ludendorff to the powerful Union of Nationalist Soldiers, which has proclaimed that its first aim is the reerection of the monarchy standing above political parties.
