Bank of _N"ew Zealand shares have shown a steady advance since business was resumrd on 'ehanse after the Christmas vacation. The market opened with sellers of the £1 shares at £2 6/6, and I buyers at £2 4/6. To-day's sales were . made at £2 10/. Tliic practically means I a rise of £2 upon the closing rates on these shares before being subdivided into ten for one. |
