TOO MUCH GELIGNITE.
HAMILTON FERM FINED. (Ry Telejrapli.—Own Correspondent.! HAMILTON, this day. A fine of £25 and costs was inflictea on the proprietors of the Hamilton Metal Stores by Mr. Young. S.M.. to-day for storing a greater quantity of gelignite than is allowed by their license. It was shown that, while the magazine was in every way properly constructed, owing to its proximity to Victoria. Street it was only licensed to hold 1001b. whereas when the inspector visited the store he found 10001b there.
