OAMARU CAY AND CROWDED. (By Telegraph.—Pfesa Association. \ OAAIARU, thia day. Since Saturday morning Oamaru \is been generously bedecking itself in honour of the Prince of Wales' visit, the Royal route receiving special attention. A whole holiday will be observed. Thousands of country children have been brought in by special trains, and will be entertained at a picture show in the Opera House and supplied with refreshments. The Prince detrains at Waitaki Boys' High School, and inspects the guard of honour composed of Waitaki cadets. He will examine the building and address the boys. His Royal Highness leaves the school at 3.20'f0r King George's Park, a naturally-terraced amphitheatre, where people will have an excellent v'ew of the proceedings. The town is full of country people, and the enthusiasm is remarkable.
