. POSTPONEMENT AGREED TO. UNTIL GERMAN ELECTIONS. (Received 1.30 p.m.. LONDON, May IU. Mr. Uoyd Grorpe and 11. Millerand to-day agreed to the postponement of the Spa i-unference till after the German general elections, for which June- 21 ha-; been provisionally suggested. |t was agreed that the Versailles Treaty be maintained in full force, particularly disarmament clauses, tho enforcement of which should not be postponed until after the Spa meeting; in other word?, the question of disarmament will not be discussed at Spa. Aβ regards reparations. JF. Millerand provisionally assented to fixing a definite sum subject ti certain condition 1 ;, one of which is I that France shall receive payment on /account from German}-.
