AMERICAN COTTON EXPORT.
EFFECT OF EXCHANGE SLUMP. (Received 0.35 a.m.) NEW YORK, February 10. The Department of Commerce has issued statistics showing tliat the United States exports of cotton will be; decreased by fiiftjy per cent, if England's inability to purchase cotton due to the exchange situation continues. — (A. and N.Z.
