WELLINGTON, this day In the Supreme Court Cecilia Hunter was charged with having forged the name 01 her sister to a °o!dier" s allot ment, and ordered to come up for sentence when called on on her undertaking to remain in custody until 13th instant when she could rejoin her husband, who had undertaken to look after her. Jack Tauwhanga, convicted of assault and robbery was sentenced to twelve monthshard labour, followed by three years' reformative treatment. Walter Henry Newman, for theft, got twelve months' imprisonment, followed three yeare' relorm;.tive treatment. * J"*™.
