The meeting had 'been called to consider ordinary business, and the more important question of the outstanding ■bonus, which, no doubt was the incen-. tive that attracted no less than 100 members. , Feeling ran high, but members realised that apart from passing another drastic resolution they could do nothing, Meause it was essential that they should wait and see what would accrue from Parliament's decision to refer the matter to » judge of the Supreme Court for consideration.
