He was fined 10/ for the minor offence, and £2 for the more serious breach of the law. ALLEGED FORGERY. Ernest James Lowther (30) waa remanded until Thursday on charges of forging and uttering- two cheqiie.i for £10 each, purporting to be drawn on the Bank of New Zealand at Auckland in the name of A. Collie. :
