BLACK WATCH MUTINY.
REFUSE TO GO TO GERMANY. UNREDRESSED GRIEVANCES. (Received 11.45 a.m.) LONDON, June 12. Throe hundred soldiers of the Black ' Watch refused to embark at Dover for Germany owing to grievances. They ' marched to a rest camp instead of board- ' ing the vessel.—(A. and N.Z Cable.)
