AUTUMN MEETING CONCLUDED. SNVB WINS KINGS PLATE. MELBOURNE, March 22. The Victoria llacing Club's autumn meeting was brought to a conclusion at Flemington to-day. The weather was cloudy, but there was a good attendance. A promising two-year-old In Pannikin won the Hopeful Stakes brilliantly. The time for the race is a record. Sea I'rlucesa was left at the post.

Elkln and Sexthi, who finished first and second respectively in the <iibson Carmichael Stakes, are both owned by Mr. Ernest Clarke. . The favourite, Urstar, finished third to lost. The Northcoto Handicap was a bumping race. Carriole, who was last five furlongs away, got a good run on rails and jußt won.

Tarani Jack, who started favourite in the Steeplechase, lost his rider early in the contest.

Snub led most of the way in the King's Plate, and won decisively. Star Comedian, who was last at four furlongs, finished well.

In the Farewell Handicap. Nanna led early, but finished in the ruck.

R. Marshall, rider of Boontree, In the Northcote Handicap, was suspended for a month for boring.
