PROSECUTIONS ORDERED. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Saturday. The Hon. G. W. Russell said a number of picture theatres had opened in defiance of the Act passed last session. The Crown Law Office opinion was that this was a breach of the Act, and prosecutions bad been ordered in several cases.
