GERMAN SPIES IN LONDON.
RUSSIAN DOCUMENTS COPIED. BERLIX, March 17. Professor Schiemann, formerly confidential adviser to the ex-Kaiser on Russian affairs, discloses that from 1009 to 1914 the Russian Ambassador's dispatches from London to the Ministry for Foreign Affairs were regularly communicated to Germany. The dispatches were concealed from the ex-Kaiser for fear lie might make indiscreet public references to them, and thus end the leakage. Professor .Schivmann indicates the source of the treachery.— (A. and X.Z.)
