VI Ws B.SiSty for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals in the Parish of Malew, Isle of Man." There was a society in control of the isle, including the Parish of Malew, where a new society was subsequently formed. The judge Baid it was clear that Mrs. Townend intended the bequest for the benefit of the society of the Parish of Malew only, and gave judgment for that society.
