DANGEROUS SURGERY.
Death follows the surgeon'e knife; not the surgeon's fault, of course—he help it. You oan. Doan's Ointment cures piles quickly, painlessly, without danger. People go along for years .suffering from piles. They can try this, that, and the other remedy, and even get treatment from a physician. They obtain temporary relief, maybe. Wit they are never quite cured. A little strain in lifting, excessive fatigue, a little ct-nsti-pation, a touch of diarrhoea, and the piles come back. They don't amount to much, but they banish sleep and a ope tite. No position is comfortable; tj ere is intense local pain, and that drea-.'.ful feeling of weight in the perineum. If the case be of longstanding, or if it be in the early stages, there is only tne sure and lasting cure—Doan's Ointniert.
Mr. E. J. rihemilt, 3, Te/tara Street. Ponsonby, Auckland, says:—''l can give Doan's Ointment a splendid recommendation as a cure for itching pilef, this preparation having completelrcured mc of this troublesome complainover two years ego. The pain and irritation I suffered were terrible, particularly at night and during the warm weather. 1 tried several pile remedies, hoping to find a cure, but none of them gave mc any permanent relief. At last I got Doan's Ointment, and after applying this regularly for a day or so the • rritation began to cease, and by the time one pot was used, the piles had disappeared entirely, and 1 have had no return of the ailment since."
Two years later Mr. themilt confirms the above and adds:—"My cure haa proved a permanent one, for I have been (see of the torture of piles since I used Doan's Ointment four years ago."
When we say that Doan's Ointment will cure piles, we mean exactly what we say, nothing more or less, and we are able to make this emphatic statement backed by such evidence _ the above. Doan'tj Ointment is sold by all chemists and storekeepers at .'!/ per pot, or will be posted on receipt of price by FosterMcClellan Co., T6, Pitt street. Sydney. But, be sure you get DOAN'S.
