K-EGDO-t OR ___FUB__C 1 (Received 2.55 p-m.) AMSTERDAM, May 16. The Warsaw Press demands an early settlement of Poland's problems, and the accession of a Polish king. The Radical newspapers demand a republic. A deadlock exists between Vienna and Berlin over the kingship. The Emperor Carl's brother Max and Prince Eitel Frederick, the Kaiser's second son, are probable candidates for the regency.
