The matches of the second draw of the second round in the Auckland district club cricket champions-hips were continued on .arurfiay in fine but dull weather. At Eden Park on No. 1 wicket University were disposed of for 64 by Ponsonby, who occupied the wickers for the rest of the day, making 179 for six wickets. On No. 2 wicket Grafton made only us against •Parnell, who have five wickets down for lIS. At North Shore the home team batted first against Eden, making 231 for nine wickets, including an innings of 10S by ■Howden. In the time left for play Eden lost four -wickets for K» runs. EDEN V.
