SAID TO BE NOW ALMOST INVISIBLE. [Australian and N. 2. Cable Auoelatlon.) (Received 10.30 a.m.) AMSTERDAM, February 11. The "Telegraaf" states that the German submarines are now practically invisible, and receive supplies from floating steel reservoirs sent out from Zeebrugge.
